I give a consent to the processing of personal data to Fosfa a.s.
Fosfa is allowed to gather, to process and to conserve (hereinafter as “process”) my personal data in Fosfa´s database of job applicants.

Fosfa is allowed to process following personal data:

a) Data that I have stated in my CV and other provided documents
b) Data that I have disclosed to Fosfa during open competition.

Fosfa is allowed to process data mentioned above due to:

a) my participation in open competition leading to recruitment and
b) my participation in possible future open competition leading to recruitment.

I also give a consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with section 84 and following of Act No. 89/2012 Coll, civil code, to get and keep my audio record, made during open competition. This audio record can be used only due to open competition. I note that my personal data will be processed by the administrator automatically in electronic form and will not be disclosed to other entities.
I grant my consent of my own free will and for the period time 3 years from giving this consent. I am aware of my right to revoke this consent at any time.

I also declare that I am aware of my rights specified in GDPR, in particular the right to contact the administrator to request information about the processing of my personal data, to request clarification in the event of my having doubts concerning the processing of personal data in compliance with the law, and to demand that the administrator rectify any deficiencies, for example by correcting, adding or deleting personal information.
